During this module, the course participants will get introduced to the world of programming and working from the command-line. They will gain proficiency in navigating folders and examining data, while also acquiring fundamental skills in bash scripting. Bash, a crucial tool in bioinformatics, aids in task management and script deployment. Furthermore, participants will understand the significance of maintaining a well-organized folder structure and comprehensive documentation.
