Dear Anne,

at the moment the system cannot convert this information into pdf or other word format, but we will investigate.

DEAR LILIYA

I have word 2010 and Microsoft Edge and I can convert the entire page of abstract and evalution into a pdf for the submission of my review, by clicking print and create pdf from the right command with stripes at the top of the page of internet.

The only fact that I am not sure aboutis  that you have clearly visible the name of the author and reviewer. Is this a problem?

Thank you for your kind assistance and prompt answers and thank you to you for the immense work of coordinating the whole of us with Arnold and Rodrigo.

From my side it has been a nice experience!!

Dear Valentina,

Thanks for your concern regarding the visibility of the name of the reviewer.

We have considered variations of this variable when designing this course. Having anonymous authors and reviewers is closer to the real experience of a conference submission system but since this is a course we concluded that it's more didactic to favor the relationship between course participants and stimulate the networking element.

So in conclusion, it's fine to have the name of the reviewer visible in the comments, because the author will be able to see who was the reviewer anyway.

By the way, in case you want to hide your identity on the comments in MS Word you can also do it by changing your MS Word settings. See this article for more details.
