We are sorry to hear that some of your reviews were lost.
Your feedback is precious for the authors and we value it. Unfortunately, there was nothing we could do to recover your data.
We would like to improve our system to avoid that other course participants go through the same frustration. In order to do that could you please describe more in detail the steps you took and the type or message you got back from the system. We are suspecting it could be relate to one of two problems:
1. Due to the fact that you tried to do submit after the deadline, even a few seconds afterwards makes the difference. Please consider the time stamps in the system are in CET time zone.
2. Due to the fact that your session closed during the time that you were doing the review of the abstract. If you opened the form and filled in part of the info, then you had a long pause and later you resumed your review activity, by the time you push the submit button your session has expired and you are asked to authenticate again, and your data can be lost.
I would like to ask you to report these problems in the evaluation form which we are preparing and should soon be available on the course page. Give us as much detail as you can so we can identify a pattern for this problem and fix it.
