unfortunately i have some difficulties, in the downloading resources in the section of additional resources for the PPt & word files they were not open although the other files document done, i.e the PDF & videos
So i do not now what to do?

Thanks for reporting this difficulty.
We are converting all Power Point (PPT) and Word (DOC and DOCX) files into PDF format to ensure everyone can open them.
Both versions will be available until the end of the course.
In order to open the original file version one needs to have the Microsoft Office suite installed. Then each browser has its own setting on what to do with each tile types, open or download.
