i faced some technical problems, after the introduction  i cant progress i do not know what to do?

I am sorry that you experience such problems. In order for us to find solutions fast, could you please inform us of some details:

- which internet browser do you use to view this course?

- which operating system do you have (Microsoft Windows, Apple OS, Linux, etc)?

- until what moment are you able to follow the introduction?

- Are you able to start the next module ('Make a difference')?

Thanks for providing us with such information. This will help us to find a solution.

Hii kindly help me.I'm not able to view video.only I can hear the voice. I'm using windows 8.1.

Thanks for reporting the problem you experienced. We would like to investigate a solution for your problem and would like some additional details about your work environment.

  • Which browser are you using? Internet explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox or other?
  • When you say that you can't see the video, what do you see instead? An error message or blank? Can you send us a screen shot?

For now we are trying to make tests on windows 8.1 to try to replicate your difficulties. We will keep you informed about any findings.

thanks for your quick response

i am using google Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft windows 8.1

i went through the introduction smoothly but when i tried to close the icon it was not active, when i went back to select the next - which is make it different, there appeared a message that the pup on is blocked so i can't open this part, i tried to open it i an other window started to work but then stopped

Dear Suad Mohammed,

Thank you for providing more details about the problems you are experiencing.

If I understand correctly your problem, the reason why you are not being able to proceed is linked to the pop-up blocker function of Mozilla Firefox. Find bellow a screen shot showing how to solve the problem.

In the bar which shows the pop-up blocking message there is a button labelled "options" and once pushed you should select the option "Allow pop-ups for EVA".

Dear Suad,

After submitting an abstract you will be requested to review 2 abstracts of other participants in the course. This assignment will start today at 02.00 pm.

There will be no more new modules in this course. By the end of the course we will open the evaluation survey to capture your experience and your feedback.
