Influenza bio-analytics course is now open for enrolment!
This is a self-paced e-learning course to be taken by participants in an asynchronous fashion.
The course addresses public health professionals such as lab scientists and epidemiologists working with flu surveillance. This course aims to enhance knowledge of the basic bioinformatics tools available for analysis of sequencing data and of the interpretation, comparison and analysis of influenza sequence data, with a focus on haemagglutinin and neuraminidase genes.
