  Welcome to the training in reporting Whole Genome Sequencing to TESSY and GISAID. This training is in the framework of the European Commission/ECDC assistance to countries in sequencing COVID-19 samples.

  
  

  Notes: 

  Although this training is open to any learner, only officially nominated contact points in each country have access to TESSy to report cases. 

  If participants are not familiar with reporting on TESSy, please go to the Online Course for Reporting COVID19 cases on TESSy and review the Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) data Reporting Protocol.
